Every company has a culture, but not every culture equates to being a great place to work.
Ever since 2020, company cultures have shifted. There are more opportunities for hybrid work, cooler office spaces, unique perks and more.
But how does a company prove it has the best culture and is a place where employees actually want to come to work?
The companies here entered the Birmingham Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work program, which puts employees thoughts and perspectives in the forefront to evaluate which businesses are the best in Birmingham. These companies went through a survey system from Quantum Workplace and have come out in the top of their categories.
The 2023 finalists are in alphabetical order ranked by local employee count, which you can meet in person at the BBJ Best Places to Work event in May. Category winners will be announced at our event.
