TLS recognizes that due diligence is the key to keeping your freight safe and secure. We assign a single point-of-contact to make it easier to receive pricing, access updates, and submit orders.
TLS has broadened our insurance coverage to include a primary cargo policy rather than the usual contingent coverage. It is a true “first dollar” cargo coverage that pays a customer’s claim with minimal wait time and then subrogates the carriers. Rather than the typical $100,000 coverage, we felt it was necessary to increase that coverage up to $250,000 to better protect our customers’ freight.
TLS utilizes industry-leading visibility providers that fully integrate with our TMS. This helps give our customers the comfort of knowing where their shipments are during transit. With our online customer portal, shippers can see shipment status, billing details, and documentation.
TLS has built a vast carrier network over the years. Each carrier is pre-screened and monitored on a regular basis. Our goal is to create strong, reliable relationships with the carriers we feel are qualified to handle our customers’ freight, so we provide safe and dependable service for our customers.
